Enclosed Trailer Rental in Prosper, TX
Furniture, tools, and anything that should stay dry belong in an enclosed trailer. The walls and roof keep a move out of the weather, and a lockable door keeps the load out of sight. AMD Trailer Rental offers enclosed cargo trailers for Prosper customers, subject to availability.
A Prosper move often means a household that needs a locked box for the drive back to the yard. A locked box does not keep a washer from sliding, so strap the cargo anyway.
Pickup for Prosper enclosed rentals
All customer trailer pickup and return is at the McKinney yard: 5168 Baxter Well Rd, McKinney, TX 75071. The yard is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There is no trailer pickup in Prosper. Reserve first, then come to the yard when the job is ready.
Bring a driver license, a way to pay, and insurance proof when that rental asks for it. We check the hitch, lights, and safety chains with you before you leave. Call or text (469) 972-8824 if you are unsure which size fits the tow vehicle.
Yard details are on the McKinney location page. Start from trailer rental for Prosper if you are still choosing a trailer type.
Which enclosed size to ask for
Tell us what is going inside, not only the room you are emptying. A few appliances and a bedroom set often fit a shorter box. A full household or shop tools usually need more length. If two sizes look close, call before you reserve. It is easier to change the plan on the phone than at the curb with a truck already hitched.
Loading and the trip back
Load weight forward of the axle and strap anything that can shift. Drive a little slower than you would in the truck alone, and leave more room to stop. On the way back, take out personal items and loose trash. If the load can ride in the open, a utility trailer is the lighter option.
